Information we use
Planaway uses the account details you provide, your saved trips, itinerary content, and preferences to provide and synchronise the service. If you choose Apple sign in, Apple and our authentication provider process the information needed to authenticate you.
Maps and places
Searches for destinations and places may be sent to our mapping providers so we can return relevant results and routes. Planaway does not request your device location unless a feature clearly asks for it.
Storage and sharing
Account and itinerary data is stored using our contracted cloud providers. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Planaway or when required by law.
Your choices
You can delete your account from the account menu in the Planaway app. Deletion removes your account and associated trip data. You can also contact support for access, correction, or privacy requests.
