Planaway Terms of Use

Last updated 24 July 2026

Using Planaway

Planaway helps you organise trips, itineraries, places, notes, and related information. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Your plans and content

You retain ownership of the trip details and other content you add. You give Planaway permission to process and store that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. Do not add content that infringes another person's rights or that you are not permitted to use.

Planning assistance

Automated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Review proposed itinerary changes before applying them and independently confirm important details such as bookings, prices, opening hours, travel times, safety requirements, and entry rules.

Third-party services

Planaway may show information from mapping, place, authentication, and other service providers. Their services and terms may also apply. Planaway does not control third-party availability, listings, bookings, or travel operators.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Planaway reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Planaway is not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made solely from unverified itinerary information.

Ending your account

You may stop using Planaway at any time and can delete your account from the account menu. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to serious misuse of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Planaway changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent through the Planaway support page.
